Panic Button Infrastructure:

Natali developed a multi-protocol redundant decoding system in order to communicate with all panic buttons deployed in its customers’ homes. The system is fully integrated with the central PBX and the CRM software using Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) infrastructures, enabling Natali's Emergency Call Center to efficiently handle all calls. The PBX has a redundant connectivity to the PSTN, allowing automatic failover between the connection lines.
 

All calls are recorded and the Call Center representatives and managers use both historical and real-time reports.
