Our professional expertise and experience with tens of thousands of customers taught us that sometimes, during a medical incident, picking up the phone and calling is impossible. 
 

This is why we offer a distress button allowing you to call the emergency center from home without picking up the receiver or using a mobile phone. 
 

Upon pressing the button, the center's staff will receive your entire historic personal and medical data and will be able to match the best treatment for you, even if you are unable to talk.

 

The center can also call any emergency service in Israel: the Police, EMS (911, "Magen David Adom") and the fire brigade;
Contacting the call center is done by telephone or by using one of various devices offering direct access without having to pick up the receiver.
